A unique cooking sauce made of peanuts and spices, delicious and flavourful. Numerous nutritional studies have shown that peanuts present a good source of minerals (Phosphates, Manganese, Copper), Vitamin E, Niacin, folates, protein and monounsaturated fatty acids, like Oleic acid.
The spicing is characteristically subtle. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians. Very nice when eaten with blanched broccoli or cooked with mushrooms. Good also when cooked with chicken or lamb.
