This book is a ground-breaking publication about the culinary status of West African cuisine as a vegetarian food paradise. The book is approved by the British Vegetarian Society and celebrates in book form all that is best in Africa’s cuisine. The book attests to the fact that Africa’s cuisine is indeed a food manufacturer’s dream as stated by Enterprise Plc UK in 1996. This assertion was made by Enterprise Plc on the basis that West African sauces are made with fresh ingredients, with no cream, colouring and sugar added. Many of the dishes featured in this book were served to members of the Vegetarian Society at their headquarters in Altrincham, Manchester UK and were very well received.
