Spicy Odeiga Paste
A hot and spicy paste, loved by all who taste it! Spicy Odeiga Paste is a flavourful and wonderfully tasting paste, which enhances the taste of Pork, Chicken, Turkey or any white meat and ideal for real chicken.

Water, Vegetable Oil, Coriander, Garlic, Peppers, Ginger, Lemon, Salt, Stock, Citric Acid and Mixed Spices
Into a saucepan, pour in 1/2 pint of water, finely chopped whole onion, 1lb or 500gm strips of lamb and a dash of groundnut oil, and then add 2 - 3 dessertspoonfuls of paste. Stir and bring to the boil for 5 minutes, reduce heat and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve with boiled rice. Alternatively, marinate meat and use as kebabs.
